You can’t make an actual robot which would walk or move as you want using HTML.
But you can make a web page having a robot which could interact with the audience as programmed using HTML and CSS.

A robot is a type of automated machine that can execute specific tasks with little or no human intervention and with speed and precision.

A robot is a machine designed to perform various tasks autonomously or semi-autonomously. With HTML it is not possible to create an actual robot that will move physically. A robot that does task in the software can still be created though.

I just wanted to give some gap and i also named those empty lines.
But I understand that my approach was not correct so they did not serve the purpose.
